Quality Policy

Harewood Products Limited seeks to attain excellence in serving its customers. We define “excellence” as including:

•  first class products at the best possible price

•  the fastest possible delivery times

•  a “no quibble” product replacement warranty – except where we have reason to believe that the claim might be fraudulent or for another reason totally unjustified

We recognise that, in an ever-changing world, the attainment of excellence is a momentary thing and that it is only by continually improving our products and processes that we can hope not only to be the best but also remain ahead of our competitors.

Our commitment to continuous improvement means that we are also committed to:

•  the ongoing training of people within the Company

•  closely monitoring and meeting resource requirements on an ongoing basis

•  fostering a spirit of co-operation and partnership with our suppliers and customers to achieve mutual benefits

•  listening to our customers so that we are aware of their needs and requirements including any statutory and regulatory matters

•  reviewing all aspects of our Quality System – including this Quality Policy – on a regular basis

In order to monitor and continuously improve, measurable Quality Objectives have been identified not merely for the Company as a whole but for each department within it. OP 01 describes the mechanism for implementing and evaluating these Quality objectives. The departmental Quality Objectives are published in each relevant area.

Our major tools in our quest for excellence are the implementation of a documented Quality Management System meeting the requirements of ISO9001:2000 and the involvement of all relevant staff in supporting the Company in its drive for excellence.
